01 / PLAY HELP
How to play Vice City online
The browser player runs on Quenq. Its page lists the features below; availability and performance depend on the provider and your device. This is an unofficial single-player browser version, separate from Rockstar’s GTA Online multiplayer service.
- Click Play Vice City on the cover above to load the embedded player.
- Choose PLAY GAME inside the player. First load may take time while the provider delivers the game. No browser extension is needed.
- Check the player's control settings before starting a mission. Use Fullscreen for more space. If the frame stays blank, try the backup Open on Quenq link.
Vice City controls and save options
Quenq lists these input options. Exact key bindings and save-file compatibility have not been independently verified here; consult the current player's settings.
- Keyboard & mouse
- Click inside the game to give it focus, then check its control settings. Use the bindings shown by the browser player rather than assuming an old PC layout.
- Controller
- Quenq lists standard gamepad support. Connect your controller before opening the player, then check whether the game responds before starting a mission.
- Phone or tablet
- Quenq lists on-screen controls and recommends landscape and fullscreen. If your screen is cramped, rotate the device before configuring controls.
- Save backup
- Quenq describes save import/export. Export an available save before clearing browser storage or switching devices; keep the original backup when testing an import.
Loading and performance
- For black screens or slow performance, Quenq suggests enabling browser hardware acceleration.
- For physics-related problems, Quenq recommends limiting the frame rate to 30 FPS.
- Use the Quenq player's Play Game control and avoid installing extensions from ads.

No game installer or extension is needed. Your browser downloads resources from Quenq as the player loads. First load can take several minutes; wait while its progress advances.
Can I play directly on this website?
Yes, use the embedded player above to stay on this page. Quenq delivers the game and controls its availability. We do not host or copy the game files, and this is not an official Rockstar release.
Can I use a phone or controller?
Quenq lists touch controls and standard gamepads. It recommends landscape and fullscreen on mobile. We have not tested every device, so performance and input support are not guaranteed.
How should I keep my progress?
Quenq describes a save manager that can export and import save files. If available in your player, keep a backup before changing devices or browser storage. File compatibility is controlled by the provider.
Is this the remastered Definitive Edition?
